The hotel is ideally located in the center of everything we wanted to see in Bacharach and serves as a great starting point for exploring nearby areas. The rooms are kept at a comfortable temperature with balconies providing a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. However, the proximity to the noisy railway tracks can be a drawback. The dining experience, including buttery croissants, adds to the charm of the stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is incredible, right in the center of Bacharach and so close to the ferry stop. The rooms were cozy and had a very comfortable bed, plus having a bath was a nice touch. The service was top-notch with housekeeping taken care of promptly, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. The wood-fired pizzas included in the dining experience were a delicious treat. The facilities were excellent, especially the balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is superb, just by the Rhine River offering a fantastic view. The rooms were comfortable with a lovely balcony, but the bath could use some improvement. The service was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and helpful tour assistance. The dining experience was great with delicious hot wok dishes included. However, the facilities were a bit lacking in variety. Overall, a great value for money stay in the heart of this charming town.
